You should let them stay on the mom for two weeks unless you start seeing them disperse earlier. You then take each one in a small vial with substrate and keep it moist. Ive found that they dont really like the moisture all that much so you can mist only half so they can drink and mist the lid. You then chop up small crickets and use like a toothpick and direct them to it until they attach. Feed them once or twice a week and move them to larger vials as they grow. You then move them to either pinheads or fruit flies. You can grow you own pinheads now and the slings should be ready for them when they hatch.
